Spent fair amount of money in this store. The loubge corner unit great. The bed not unwrapped by delivery staff as carpet was not fitted. Husband signed papers. We unwrapped two days later, photos show being unwrapped to fine a fault. Spoke to Phil today to be told as we signed papers to say received and in good order they are not responsible. He went onto say we did the damage to which i laughed. They are not prepared to do anything as its our fault. We went to an independent company for better customer service but they are just like everyone else take your money and not interested. Disappointed to say the least. Moral of the story don't sign anything until everything's been checked and double checked.
Very helpful staff in the store. Large sofa delivered at arranged time. Was quite a tricky delivery due to nature of my property but the guys handled it no problem. All rubbish taken away. Great product, great service.
Brilliant customer service at every stage. Had the most welcoming experience in store, given information and knowledge about the products without it being over bearing or pushy. Ordering was quick and easy and although I was given a 7-10 day delivery timescale it was ready within 5 days. Arranging delivery was again a painless process and they gave me as good an idea as possible about delivery time as I was struggling to be available for the whole time slot. The two lads who came to deliver were polite and efficient, even chatting to my children who were generally being inquisitive kids. Cannot fault the service, product or pricing.
Very helpful service in store and delivery guys were great, built up new bed and took all packaging away, highly recommend

Excellent service from walking into the shop to the bed being delivered. Communication all way through was excellent. Delivery guys were great they even built the bed for me and took away all the packaging. Thank you I won’t hesitate to use again
Bought a bed and mattress in January, it was really bad snow on delivery day but the delivery guys did an excellent job delivering and building my bed. My bed and mattress are still as good as the day it was delivered, really good quality products. Customer service was excellent and so was communication. Friendly helpful staff. Would definitely recommend
I had a major problem due to burst heating pipe over my bedroom which absolutely soaked my old bed rendering it unusable. I searched around my local area for a bedstore who could deliver a bed the same day as ordering. Only SASO offered to do the job. After dashing to the showroom, I was greeted by Phil who patiently listened and understood my problem and requirements due to disability, showed me what was available in stock to deliver that day. He allowed me to try various mattresses and put together a suitable bed with price for me. Whilst the price is more than I wanted to pay, the quality of the mattress is exceptional and as you sleep a long time of your life in bed it is very important. After paying for the bed, I was told what time to expect its delivery later that afternoon. The delivery men arrived on time, they took away my old soaked bed and mattress then put together my new bed. Whilst the bed is a little higher than I expected, I will get used to it. However if I could give Phil and the team at SASO more than a 5 star review I would. Their help and service was excellent - thank you.
Been here quite a few times over the years and always get what we are looking for. Service with a smile as well.
