First time I have came out of hear empty handed. The reason is that the store is under renovation and a lot of the stock is low or been moved around. Be back to normal soon.

We've just been tonight to but a storage unit for our garden, couldn't get outside to have a look at what we were looking for that we had seen advertised, when we asked the young lady at the counter she in turn asked a chap called Andy & the rude response was unbelievable!! Won't be going back to Wickes & certainly not to the Pontefract branch

Is similar to B&Q in price of the materials . B&Q give discount on the wensday. To senior citizens. Wickets should consider doin the same . Olso I found the store short of staff.

When I arrived they didn't have what I'd ordered which was annoying, BUT, they said they would check and let me know the next day before they opened at 10am. I got a call from Mike at 9.45am letting me know it was available. Can't fault the customer service. And the quality of the kitchens are very good, even better when on offer.

Not sure if the place is closing down. Empty shelves items mixed up on shelves. Stock laying around. Eventually found what I was looking for queued to pay as only one person on the till then told cash only as machine was broken. On a plus side the girl was pleasant and apologised.
