Pros:nDog friendly nFree parking max 2 hoursnGood mix of items and pleasant store experiencennCons massive con, will not be returning unless parking elsewhere and walking over on foot:nnLeaving the car park - absolute carnage.nNo proper exit system which isn’t entirely B&Qs fault but things could be put into place. They could do with two exits.nnOverall, really stressful. Unsure what will happen if you go over the 2 hours when you’re literally in your car trying to escape.
Came last night to purchase a Keter storage box.we were greeted with a friendly young man named Josh. He was really helpful and showed us all the options including the sheds outside.nWe said we would come back Sunday and collect one as we have a van then. He said he was leaving today. His 3 month probation had finished and there was no job for him.nSuch a shame. I hope you find a better company to work for than B & Q.nYoung people today need jobs. I had an amazing experience at B&Q Castleford last week, thanks to an incredibly lovely and helpful lady Alex I came in to exchange some paint I wasn't happy with, but I had paid in cash and lost my receipt. She didn't give up on me, she stood by my side and helped me track the receipt down in my email via my loyalty card. She was so patient and nice, and she stayed with me until I had my new paint and was ready to go. Thank you so much for your amazing help. Excellent customer service.
Thank you to your colleague Gayle who was extremely helpful last night. She was really patient and knowledgeable. I was quite muddled and she really helped me. How lovely it is to have such friendly assistance on a boring trip for DIY products. Please pass on my thanks.

We cannot thank her enough for the help she suggested. On her recommendation we were sent to Paint store department and the two ladies there were amazing too.nNeed to stress you employ , knowledgeable ladies.nA massive THANK YOU.
