Great service, friendly staff and very nice inexpensive furniture well worth the 5 stars.
Ordered grey wax bedroom furniture. Happy with most of it, quality could be better. Did order a 3 drawer bedside to come built. Came flat packed. Son only just got round to putting that up, opened box and it is a slim pot cupboard which us cheaper and not what we wanted. Not a lot we can do about it now, had it 2 months, but not happy about it. Just a warning to anyone else check properly. Will be ringing when they reopen.
Ordered a bookcase in October through eBay. Never received the item. Mercers took so long 'investigating' that I cannot raise the problem with ebay. Would not buy from these people again
Me and my husband visited Mercers Furniture today and we were met by a gentleman called Pete . Pete was very helpful, friendly and polite. We have bought a tv unit, a small cabinate and a bookcase in indian jali wood . So beautiful, just what we was looking for and amazing price. We have brought it home today in our own vehicle however Pete did offer for it to be delivered to our home address. Great prices, great selection of furniture and we will definitely be visiting again. 100% recommend and will be doing to family and friends.
