Been going for just over a month. Great gym and has a pool, indoor and outdoor Jacuzzi linked together and multiple steam rooms. Only complaint is that it does get quite busy in the early evenings and the pool is rather small so not much room to manoeuvre if people are just floating around.

Really good gym, great equipment and good price. Variety of classes. Expensive for day pass and very busy at the moment. Avoid peak times

On the Customer service part of this Gym, it's an absolute joke. Tried to cancel my gym mebership only to be told i wasnt allowed even though their own T&C's allow me to if i move more than 15 miles away (i moved to Liverpool, google map it, it's more than 15 miles away, check if you dont believe me). They never reply to emails and never answer the phone when you have an enquirey, i would tell you to read the fine print, but when you do they just ignore you and tell you (we dont have to include it in the T&C's) In Regards to the Facilities they are ok at best, the Machines are constantly broken and take weeks to repair (which btw they charge you extra for in October with an additional fee of £20 ontop of your gym membership to repair them). Staff are very friendly before you join then you can barely get a smile out of them after you have joined. The Gym itself has a nice feel about it and looks very modern. I would advise you to stay away but it is the most modern Gym in the area if that's what you are looking for.
