My family engaged Sarah Mains to sell a much loved family home. The service we received was fantastic from start to finish. We immediately felt that we were in safe and confident hands from friendly, knowledgeable and above all professional people who cared about giving the best service possible. We were kept up to date every step of the way and received invaluable advice on how to proceed - especially important for those of us who have not had property market dealings recently. Special thanks to Donna for ensuring we got over the line and sincere thanks to Manager, Susan and all her team for everything- you are brilliant!
Thank you to Fine & Country and in particular Susan and Graeme, who are true professionals in their field. We had not sold a house for over 30 years so were somewhat out of touch with procedures but Susan kept us updated and reassured us at every stage of the process and thanks to her everything seemed to proceed seamlessly and we really feel she went the extra mile in achieving a good deal for us. Her warm, friendly approach immediately put us at ease and gave us complete confidence in her and we would highly recommend her to anyone selling their home.
From listing the house we had more than one buyer within a week. Which is incredible. I am regularly taking advice from Paula and the team with regard to the property I am buying - as its not straightforward. I am able to say that the help and guidance is appreciated, I almost feel like we are friends rather than them providing a service.
From first speaking to Susan from Fine & Country I warmed to her. Her friendly and very helpful manner was always there on the other end of the telephone. She would regularly update us on the progress of the sale and purchase of our new property. I really feel if not for Susan we wouldn't be in our new property now! Thankyou so much Susan for finding our perfect new home!!!
Scott at Sarah Mains has supported me three times re: different properties with finding a tenant. Scott is always helpful, friendly & professional. I love their Video Service I have referred family & friends to Sarah Mains, as I know they will receive an excellent service
I changed letting agents because my previous agents were a large national company and I though the service was poor. I have found all the staff at Sarah Mains helpful and conscientious. they always ring back My flat was let within three days of going on the market. Thank you Scott, Elliot, Heidi and the rest of the staff at Sarah Mains.
Sarah Mains have been a pleasure to work with. The photos and videos they did of my house were absolutely stunning, I’m so happy with how they turned out. The office is also very friendly to contact, Andrew and Donna can never do enough for me and they are both genuinely nice people, I would definitely go to sarah mains again on my next move whenever that may be. Great experience with Susan & Graeme from Fine & Country. Very respectful, knowledgable and top service all round. Also, the photography is streets apart from others I have seen. Definitely recommend them to anyone selling a house.
