Saracen Care is a great company to work for, they care, not only about the people they support but also the well-being of it’s staff members. The support workers go above and beyond their daily duties to ensure they are delivering the best care!
The company does not cater to the needs of the clients. The staff is not trained enough to provide bespoke support that they claim to provide. I would not want another family to go through the same pain of chasing the company to make appropriate arrangements and baby feed the staff to meet the needs of the person requiring care and support.
Saracen Care is an amazing company to work for. Care staff are passionate, considerate and will always endeavour to deliver a high standard of care to service users. The management team are dependable and approachable.
Saracen Care is an amazing company to work for. As the dignity in care award winners for both the regional and national for 2021/22, they promote independence and wellbeing to the people we support. All staff are provided with full training and have the opportunity to progress within the company.
There is a barrier and lack of communication between the staff i.e. service providers and management which then affects the client as things are not run accordingly, disrupting the client’s routine. It was extremely difficult to get the company to find staff that would be best for the client and even then, the family had to teach/train the staff so that they could perform basic tasks to meet the needs of the client.
Poor quality of staff who are unable to meet the needs of the client. The staff would keep the client inside 24 hours and not take him outside. Lots of excuses to cover their poor performance. Would most definitely not recommend anyone to go by this company as it caused the client and their family a great amount of stress and inconvenience throughout their time with the client.
Lack of understanding of the client’s needs. Failure to tackle the concerns raised. Inability to fulfil the agreed plans between the company and the client. Extremely poor management of staff and poor management with the client. If you want to see your child with special needs suffer, this is the company to approach.
The staff provided does not meet the needs of the individual with caring needs. The company is not open to take on board feedback for the betterment of the person in need. Highly unprofessional with rude behaviour and continuous use of phones whilst on a shift. Unsupportive and incredibly poor management
Extremely unsupportive and unprofessional staff towards the client. Would never recommend anyone to leave their loving ones with them.
