ChipsAway We had a small scratch/scuff on our rear bumper which we needed to be repaired as we are thinking of buying a new car soon. Nicholas Chaproniere from Chipsaway arrived on our front drive within the time scheduled and started work immediately. The weather was not good but with the aid of a large umbrella work started. Two hours later the work was completed. The repair was outstanding. You could not see any evidence of where the damage had been. The paint was a perfect match. It was as good as new. Nicholas was friendly and very professional. I can not praise him high enough. He did a prefect job in difficult conditions with a smile and professionalism. This is the second time I have used ChipsAway and both times the work was carried out to the highest standard.
Nicholas visited my home to make repair work to my car at my convenience. He arrived on time, worked hard and finished the job to a very high standard. Beyond that he was friendly enough to provide some InSite into the work he was doing and gave me good advice to help me avoid unnecessary damage to my car in future. Very impressed I had 5 stone chips repaired on my car, a local garage had quoted me over £1,500 but chips away did it for £275 very profesional finish on my audi and the colour scheme was matched to exactly. I Highly recommended. My vehicle was covered with protection for the windows etc and the job was done at my door step in about 2 and a half hours. Very professional service and very pleased with the completed work.
Great experience from start to finish. Made the initial enquiry on behalf of my mum as she had a minor bit of paintwork damage on her cars rear bumper. Was able to obtain a same day quotation from sending a few photos over to a ChipsAway representative via email. It's worth noting they did offer a site visit quotation option but I felt I could take enough detailed pictures for them to quote from pictures alone. The representative who came along on the scheduled day to carry out the repair works was Jay Taylor who was very polite and professional. The communication on the build up to the appointment was exactly what you would want. Confirmation email of appointment followed by appointment reminder and finally an invoice detailing works carried out and price as quoted. Thank you. We will definitely be using your services again in the unfortunate event that we have to!
