One of the poorest customer experiences I have ever experienced in the UK. I went to the Bury St Edmunds outlet at midday on 19th April 2018 on my first, and last interest in this company. As I approached, I noticed five employees in the next bay sitting around or chatting to each other, two of whom were sitting on the floor. I went into the shop and joined another guy who was already waiting to be served but whilst there was a man sitting behind the counter, he made no effort to engage with any customer so I asked another member of staff who came from behind a display rack if they have anyone else to serve us. He replied there wasn't anyone and when I said there were five people just sitting around next door so why can't they be used? He glanced through the window presumably to see the group in the next room but then continued to walk behind the counter and accessed his computer screen. Complete indifference by the staff! I commented that if this is your idea of customer service, you can forget my custom and walked out of the store. Another disatisfied customer also gave up and left the premises. If this is the priority Euro Spares place on giving reasonable customer service, they don't have to worry about serving me because I'm not giving them my custom in the future.

Fantastic prices check them out. But staff are undermanned, big queue at times. Look for their specials online

Good prices but 'same day delivery' works poor. Voice message clearly said between 12:30-14:30 delivery. When I called to ask where the driver is, they told me that he left at 3pm. Now is 4pm and delivery is still on the way (between me and shop 30min drive).

Always my first stop when I need a part and 90% of the time i can get what i need. 4 stars because their pricing in store can be wildly different to online. £162 for a battery in store, 5 mins on my mobile and I'd ordered and collected the same battery from the same store for £105.

Always a pleasure to deal with euros whether through work or for personal reasons. This one is a lot easier to get to than cambridge if you have the choice.
