I bought a car from these guys in the new year and gave me a good deal. I have had no real issues apart from a minor one but I simply popped in for them to have a look and 15 mins later it was sorted.
I would highly recommend these to anyone looking to buy, their customer service is outstanding

Sold a Freelander on Saturday, starter motor broke on Thursday morning, they replaced under warrenty by 4.30 pm that day. Really, really impressed with the car, the part exchange on my old motor and the after sales. Would definitely buy from these guys again.

I chose this shop because of the reviews found online and based off of the conversation I had with the employee in the phone. I dropped off a recently purchased vehicle that I wanted to get the interior completely detailed. I was told the car would be ready at the end of day 1, however, when I arrived I approached my vehicle that was idling with the heater on full blast to dry out the interior. This was flag number one that this shop had gone about the job half way. Upon inspection of the car I found dirt, sand, degree still lodged between the leather seats, plastic interiors crevices, vents, etc. The manager apologized and said this was not the norm and that the weather had caused bad lighting and thus the poor detailing job. He asked to keep the car over night and that I could pick it up the next day, I agreed and continued to inspect the car and highlight issues in the hope they would be fixed. The next day I come to pick up my car and again ran into many of the same issues, however, this time I was caught with attitude from an employee who responded "the car is old, it's going to have dirt", to which I stated that's not the case, granted there might be wear and tear, but sand and dirt should be gone. I paid and insisted to talk with the manager who to this day has not responded to the calls I've left. 

While this company might provide great mechanical service, there detail work is sub par. If you don't have the right tools, work space or experience level, don't pass yourself off as such.
