I give only one point is the good in-bank service. I you want to using this bank service, please DO NOT USE!  They require high stand customer, but only support low service! Something happened during I use in 2 months: The mobile banking will ask you retype all the details after you upgrade the system. Fully switch is not fully, If you using saving account in your older bank, you will keep receiving you have failed to pay you older bank. 
Your card will be decline when you do online shopping, if you type the right or wrong information.

Please DO NOT USING SANTANDER !!!!

The same as the other banks. It used to be open most days until 6pm. But they changed their working hours:
Monday to Friday except Wednesday: 9 to 17
Wednesday 13-17
The staff are kind and helpful.
