Walking around Whitby saw this lovely cafe. Friendly great food and nice docor. We arrived late after 12 for breakfast. They had stopped serving breakfast, but as we mentioned we really wanted a warm breakfast they said we cant let you go hungry. They served us a lovely breakfast. We will be back tomorrow before our trip home.

Fabulous place to eat, staff so accommodating and friendly, lovely atmosphere. We didn't book and arrived later in the evening but staff made provisions for us. I'm vegetarian and for me the choice even with such late notice for the chef was wonderful. The accommodation looks very atmospheric. Would definitely recommend especially for Vegetarians

Thanks to photographing some particularly impressive costumes during Goth Weekend, we discovered this wonderful cafe through the archway. The lovely garden leads into a warm and vintage cafe. We bought the cake trio - three pieces of the most amazing, decadent, delicious cakes which would happily win any cake competition! Definitely a great place to relax and recharge.
