Went for breakfast and have to say cannot believe how rude the lady was I think she was the owners wife . When you have a genuine complaint about food you don't expect someone to come to your table with attitude and a loud voice to question you and make sure the whole cafe are listening. We requested she did not make a scene and promptly paid for all our food which we did not eat . She made us feel like we were making a fuss about nothing so we didn't have to pay but like I said we paid for everything to make a point . After leaving I looked at reviews and noticed another regular customer had had the wrath of this lady too . What happened to good service like the other lady said good manners cost nothing

Friendly, helpful service. Very welcoming to kids and large dogs alike. Dog particularly appreciated the complimentary sausage! We likes the fish and chips. Freshly fried and tasty peas on the side.

Dreadful experience went for breakfast this morning our food came the toast was white not toasted just warm so sent it back then realised the fried bread was missing too we asked for it to be changed it came back the same the young girl apologised and said there was a problem with bread we realised the breakfast was cold we sent it back she said we can warm it up for you. An older woman came marching out.can you tell me which part of the breakfast is cold everyone turned around my husband said quietly please don't make a scene she replied well we won't charge for it . My husband Insisted on paying for everything as he was so upset and embarrassed. This lady really needs some lessons In customer service
