We initially enquired about a used car (Ford Fiesta) on the 2/2/18; after viewing and advert on AutoTrader. Spoke to Chris Stables on the phone and arranged a viewing within the hour. On arrival we spoke to and dealt with Chris who allowed full inspection of the car, and answered any and all questions we had; very reassuring. 

Once we had viewed the car; Chris arranged a test drive to give us a feel to the car. The test drive wasn’t the average five minutes up the road and back; rather 20-25 minutes solid driving allowing us to really see the car drive.

After the test drive, we made the decision to purchase the car. In which everything was explained in detail and any questions were answered without fail by Chris; at no point were we ever pressured into purchasing any additional insurance or extras (although this was all explained in detail - if the answer was no, then that was fine).

We initially arranged to collect the car on Saturday 3rd or Monday 5th February; and Saturday was fine. To our surprise on collection the car had undergone a full MOT (not due for 6 months), a full service alongside two new rear tyres and brake discs. A nice surprise to say the least.

All in all buying our new (used) car from SB Wakefield has been excellent. The staff, especially Chris Stables was outstanding and a credit to the company. Would recommend 100% to anyone.

Went to look at a C4, I decided not to test drive the car as there were 2 dints, one in the door, one on the rear wing and the wheels were pitted. The pleasant young rep went in to get me a business card and the manager wanted to know why I didn't want to buy the car. I pointed out the problems with the vehicle and I said that I did not want it. When the rep came out with is business card I told him I would keep a look out on the website for other cars that I may be interested in and the manager said he would not hold his breath. He obviously thinks people want to spend £9,500 on a vehicle with dints and pitted alloys. Go to another dealership. The young rep called Jordan was very good though, shame about his ignorant manager.

Well after careful consideration we chose SB Wakefield. Buying a year old Ds5. Sales guy was friendly and helpful. Only criticism, we realised the car didn't have mats. Not a problem we thought, a telephone call and SB would sort it. NO a £17500 car didn't have any when it came to them. Thank God it came in  with wheels. You Let us down SB over £40 mats.

Went in for a prearranged first service.Was dealt with by excellent courteous staff and looked after whilst I waited. Coffee, papers etc. Everyone spoke and atmosphere very good. All work done in good time and charges etc explained clearly. So good I actually stayed longer and did a very good deal on a lease car. Thanks Citroen SB a credit to the brand.
