Great tapas, and great mains. Just a shame they stopped tapas im the day this is only available if you go in the evenings. Lovely atmosphere and situated centrally in Bath close to the Circus, Costume Museum and shops.

For several years we looked forward to having lunch or dinner here. Expecting something good we ate at same same last week and both of us had a truly disappointing kedgeree, raw curry powder, very little fish, a fried duck egg (was this not poached a couple of years ago?). Service not great, no enquiry from waitress whether we had an enjoyable meal. Cannot believe chef had tasted this dish or was the same chef who produced excellent dishes in the past. Frankly not worthy of 2 stars but gave 3 for old time's sake. Would find it very difficult to recommend this restaurant or to risk another meal here.

Definitely worth the trip for a coffee. Solid Americano. Also enjoyed a very affordable full English breakfast. Very charming interior with some Spanish flare.

Lovely eggs (Benedict and scrambled) and the potatoes chunks are very moreish! Nice friendly service too. Only downside is a big door that lets in cold air on a cold February day.

Excellent food, staff could have been a little friendlier and said they would bring menus over before i asked. But the food was great! Unlimited tea!
