Good range of bagels and they tasted great, but our order took 31 minutes to arrive. You expect a reasonably fast service at this kind of place.  It was peak time but staff send to be struggling. Other tables were chasing their food as service was too slow.

Used to go here weekly, sometimes twice a week. The place has gone downhill unfortunately. I don't believe new staff are trained properly as the bagels are terribly inconsistent. Sometimes not toasted when I've requested it, and fillings sometimes generous sometimes stingy. When you're paying a premium price for a bagel you expect it to be good, every time. I said I wouldn't be back after last time, but definitely won't now after another poor experience.

Refused to take order as extremely busy, less than 5 tables occupied at the time and at least 5 members of staff. Happy to just leave us standing at the counter before they'd look at or even talk to anyone in the queue whilst just chatting to each other. Really, really disappointing.

Very friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Nice environment, very tasty food, could be cheaper but apart from that highly recommended place!

Staff behind the counter were nice but nearly £30 for 4 bagels 2 drinks and two smoothies.  It took ages for the smoothie to come out and when it did it was the wrong.  They tried to pretend it was another type, even after announcing to the shop it was the other.  I took the smoothie and thought I will just not bother again, it;s only a smoothie.  Food was OK not amazing.
