I love everything wagamama and I really appreciate their attempt to move more towards plantbased food. The bathroom is really not clean which isn’t very nice and the queue to get a table was long even though they had plenty of empty tables I’m assuming kitchen capacity limits that? but other than that, the food and service are great!
Visited Bath on a trip away on Boxing Day, we love wagamama and had to visit! We had beautiful food with excellent service, everyone was really friendly and lovely. Would definitely come back x
My opinion on the chain as a whole is very mediocre. However, I have to point out that the bath restaurant was the best experience I have had at one. The food was cooked and served a lot faster than usual, during a busy time of the day, and there was no sacrifice made to customer service in order to achieve that. The staff were friendly and attentive despite working in a fast and effective manner. The food itself was standard to a normal wagamama's experience. Decent quality and fairly flavourful. Asian cuisine adapted to their own style is hit and miss but seems to be praised by most. Presentation of the food is always good, and the aroma of the place is likely to make you feel hungry and excited to eat. If you're looking for an averagely priced place that won't disappoint then I recommend having lunch here.
I visited on a Thursday lunchtime and it was bustling. All the staff were seriously amazing. Friendly, chatty and well trained, with plenty of them. My ramen was decent, but my pork belly bao buns were to die for, I'm going to order a plate full on my next visit!
As always we had a lovely lunch here at Wagamama in Bath. My duck donburi and my wife's katsu curry were delicious and the staff looked after us really well.
Can't ever go wrong with wagamama . 45mins wait outside although alot of tables were empty but covid times I guess social distance was well made. Our host for the night Tom was great.food was bought in fast and we ate to the full.
Ate here tonight and loved it! The service was impeccable. They were clearly short staffed as are most restaurants right now and we had to wait a while for a table but the staff were welcoming and friendly they kept us informed regularly as to when a table was becoming free and served us faultlessly. The food was lovely as well. Overall experience was brilliant
Extremely delicious and better than I expected. Everything looked so professional and organized, I couldn't have been more delighted with my experience. All the workers were extremely nice and made my whole family feel welcomed. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone, especially if you like ramen.
Yummy Japanese inspired food and drink, relatively healthy and always filling!! Something for everyone here! Staff are friendly and knowledgeable about the menu but service was a bit slow at this branch. Veggie/Vegan options: yes lots all yummy Service : friendly staff but slow service Price: reasonable ££ Accessibility: wheelchair accessible via an electronic ramp Toilet setup: seperate M&F and disabled Bike parking: close ish Charging Availability: NA WiFi: NA Dogs Welcome: NA Instagram Ops: Nothing too photo worthy at this branch Takeaway: Yes
Food is to be expected from a Wagamama - good flavours and decent portion sizes. Our waiters and waitresses were very chatty and friendly, made us feel very welcome. Unfortunately we had to wait approximately 45 minutes for our, after we were told it would be a 20 minute wait. We were in no rush so happy to wait, but it is certainly something worth bearing in mind. From our observations it looked like kitchen priority was being given to online orders deliveroo etc as these were flying out the door at lightening speed! All round good experience, as to be expected!
