Amazing place! Service was brilliant. We felt very welcomed ans the staff were very knowledgeable of the menu as well as drinks. The food was incredible! And such a reasonable price for such a high quality. I would 100% recommend if your looking for a nice relaxing, high quality evening out.

The food food is worth the visit. Starters were delicate but the highlight for me was the venison, really tender and cooked to perfection. Desert was ok. Nice selection of wine. Food isn't cheap at all but once you taste it you should be able to forgive. There is a good selection of wine and it is well priced.

We went for the set lunch and it was fantastic. The atmosphere was lovely and relaxed, staff were attentive and friendly. The three courses we had were perfect size, cooked to perfection and were timed nicely after each other. Definitely worth a visit!

The only thing I can think of is that the chef was away (lunch time, half-term), the dishes were nicely thought through but none was cooked correctly, even the panna cotto had a thick skin, as if it had been made a few days before, fish course completely overcooked. Friend had been a few months before and it had been much better, there's a need to be a little more consistent
