Your classic local bike shop. Sam is very friendly and an expert in all things cycling. He can provide advice in all areas related to cycling, from the smallest query to complex requirements. He’s got a phenomenal stock for a small shop. Very pleased I’ve discovered Sam’s Bike Shop and wouldn’t go elsewhere now.
I've been using Sam for years now. Purchased new bikes for the family and he has sourced and built me additions to my road bike. Also he services the bikes as needed and is a source of excellent help with all things bike!! Absolutely great guy and great service!
Sam is a real gent. I called in a short notice and he took a look at my slack chain connected to a hub gear. He made a suitable adjustment in no time and didn't ask for any money. But I had to give him a fiver, otherwise it wouldn't be fair. Good old fashioned service from a great business. Well done, Sam

I've been looking for a decent bike shop I can trust for a while and Sam's Bike Shop fitted the bill on my first visit. Sam's a great guy and was clearly passionate about helping me and doing the best job he could. I wasn't expecting much other local bike shops haven't done me so well, but he really did a great job and I won't hesitate to go back.
It's great to have a friendly and reliable bike shop that's in an easily accessible location with plenty of parking, especially when it's coupled with friendly and knowledgeable staff to assist you. I've had the pleasure of previously dealing with Sam, the Proprietor, over many years and am sure with his attitude and experience will make this business a success. Sam is someone you can trust and will always give excellent advice, and as another reviewer stated, you know you will get a good job done without being ripped off!
Sam recently service my Trek Madone which I am sorry to say I had neglected for a while. He did a fantastic job and took real pride in ensuring I have the best ride I can get. It now feels like a new bike. Would definitely use again - but maybe won't leave it so long next time!
Amazing service!! Can't thank you enough for the great help and quick response to my request. The bike is working perfectly after its been fixed whilst I waited. That's the only place I am going to recommend from now on! Thank you Sam and team
I rarely write reviews but Sam definitely deserves a 5 stars. I arrived as Sam was closing. He was superb as i was in a dilema had broken a gfs bike and she needed for work. Sam was great and helped to fix the bike running into his own time. Very grateful for this. Thanks for your help Sam.
