I have always purchased and had all my road and mountain bikes serviced at Mountain Trax, I don't think you could get better customer service. Paul is no1 for customer service. Great Service great shop.
This bike shop is well worth the detour if you are not local. Top draw sales and after service of both my mountain bikes and road bikes. Great selection of demo bikes and close to swinley to give them a good test drive. Painlessly sorted out a Sram warranty issue.
I can easy say this is the best shop and service I have ever been to in 30 years Mountain biking. Thoroughly reccommend.
I Visited Mountain Trax a few months ago whilst looking at the purchase of an electric mountain bike. After initially spending time with one of the employees and have a test ride I was settled on the purchase of a Scott Full Suspension ebike. Returning to the shop a few days later to finalise the purchase the Owner Paul spent time ensuring that the bike was the correct size and the associated accessories such as a helmet suitable as well. Needing to organise a cyclescheme voucher the Owner Paul reserved the bike for me whilst I organised this. Arriving to pick up the bike every effort was made to ensure that I left the store elated with the purchase and comfortable with a good understanding on the bike. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the shop, its staff and Paul himself on ensuring that customer service, product knowledge and genuine care is at the highest level. One very satisfied Customer who visited a number of other retailers first.
Really really nice people, super helpful and very friendly. Tried hard to remove a seized bolt, weren’t able to do it so clipped it up and didn’t even charge me. Loads of great advice as well.
Paul and the team at Mountain Trax have been amazing. Paul in particular went out of his way to help me with my buying my bike, his expertise and customer skills are fantastic. The shop is a real gem, great range of stock, staff who are passionate about riding, understand the product and care about their customers. I can't recommend this shop more highly and a huge thanks to Paul!
I have shopped at Mountain Trax for at least 7 years now. The service has always been fantastic from Chris and the team. I have never felt pressured into buying anything. Their knowledge is unrivalled, and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them to anyone. The brands of bike they stock are excellent. And the demo scheme is great, as being able to try a range of bikes to work out what is best for you is invaluable.
