I cannot recommend Shopto enough.  They have provided first class service since I first signed up and now I will not consider shopping anywhere else for my Video Gaming needs.

Their customer service is spot on, any query brought forward to them is dealt with quickly and efficiently.  A true example on how to provide top notch customer service.

I've bought a Nintendo Switch on Friday and got it on Monday.
The same excellent experience with a gave bought from them.
Excellent company, it is now on my favourite list.

Registered and ordered 2 games, inserted my bank and card details, the website hung for 20 mins, after which I tried to call to enquire if the order went through, KEPT ME WAITING TWENTY MINUTES on there PREMIUM 0844 number. Be warned . . .

Poor Experience,

I placed an order for a games console bundle during black Friday 2017 and have been waiting ever since , spoke to Melisa who informed me that my order would be sent on the 8th Dec but shockingly that never happened !

Instead got an email from Rob saying there is further delay to my order, UNACCEPTABLE! 

a goodwill gesture perhaps ?, if you wish to calm me down Shopto

poor experience so far @ shopto.
