Came here with my grandson and bought him a jacket. The ever so miserable girl at till said we can’t have the hanger, while she continuously chewed her gum. Absolute trash service. Informed her manager on leaving the store!!

Really poor customer service! All the staff seem so miserable, doesn't hurt to smile when you're in a customer facing role!

Not much fun coming here. Can't find anything, staff can't help and customer skills is something they still need to invent here. Better go next door to pets home instead.

Forget advertised opening times. Shop should open at 10am, 10:20 and shutters are still down

Probably the worst shop in england. The customer service is poor in fact no custome service. Manager is as useful as a chocolate tea pot. Trainers scattered all over the floor. Someone needs to either buy sports direct or open a new shop which isnt ownes by thugs.I did try giving this 0 stars but wouldnt let me so luckily for them they got 1 star which is being way too generous.
