I recently visited Berkshire cycles in Crowthorne to have my bike's brakes fixed, and I couldn't be more impressed with their service! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and knowledgeable. They quickly diagnosed the issue and had my brakes fixed in no time. The repair was done with care and precision, and now my bike feels like new. What stood out the most was their commitment to customer satisfaction. If you're in need of bike repairs or any cycling gear, I highly recommend checking them out. They truly go above and beyond!
I’ve been using Berkshire cycles for bike purchases for myself and family for over 10+ years. I also use them for all my bike maintenance. They’ve always been very reasonably priced, very accommodating and very knowledgeable on the product. I wouldn’t use anyone else! Thank you!
Super friendly and helpful folks. Fixed my kids bike in 20 minutes. Theres such a good range of bikes at reasonable prices. The gentlemen at the front also offered great advice on how much I should sell the kids bike which they fixed as my daughter needed the next size up. Totally recommend berkshire cycle co. Great and honest people.

Can't quite believe how impressive this shop is. I went to them for a hydraulic brake issue and seized piston, fluid leakage. I expected them to take at least a week. Instead, and to my amazement, they told me to return in 15 minutes. Upon my return, they had upgraded my front brake setup with an off-the-shelf pack, costing £35, but only charged me £5 for labour. Told them it's insane pricing since I expected to pay double. Kudos to them.
