If you are going to have self service tills, please make sure they work and are monitored by someone competent. Ours seemed to be manned by some sort of sarcastic ape. Poor customer service given to many customers not just ourselves, with random insults thrown in. He couldn't even keep up with the rate the things were flashing errors. Terrible. Edit: A positive recent experience with great customer service earned 3 stars, will further adjust if this continues.
Easy to navigate around the store. Plenty of space between the aisles. Good overall selection of food and clothing. Plenty of open manned tills, or self service. Plenty of parking. Good spaces between cars.
Needed a few items of shopping so popped in on way home,helpful and friendly staff.Will definately visit there again in the future
Nothing offended me here. I got an alternative to what I was after. Big, clean, excellent parking, good layout. It was an alright experience.
Wonderful place for dinner with family and friends a really accommodating vegan selection. Juicy big burgers and fab fish n' chips. Chips either thick or thin are fabulous!

I prefer The Willows one, its slightly bigger but can get much more products, also every time I visit Penn Inn Sainsbury's the man's toilets look clean, but the smell is unbearable, I don't understand how can it be like that for months and months and no one notices and every time I'm there it reminds me why I don't come back to that one.
Got everything I went in for. The store is clean, tidy and well stocked. The store staff were most helpful.
I'm not keen on this store, but then I only go here to use argos, the parking space we had was on a bump so it was awkward getting out of the passenger side with a disability.
