Insanely long queues whatever time and whatever day you go in. Shocking. TWO people on the counters.pic shows queue in front when I'd already been in it ten minutes. Royal Mail are not fit for purpose anymore. Must say the two staff are excellent but this branch is a total embarrassment.
PO staff are always helpful and friendly. However the opening times are different than online. Would have thought they would at least open the position by the shop tills if main PO is closed but that always has a position closed sign on. Shop staff don’t seem too bothered or helpful about it either.
Inaccurate post office opening hours , website states 7am to 8pm which im guessing should be the costcutter it's inside of,hours. But this is also wrong too the shop doesn't seem to be open after 6pm
Shockingly rude racist to person in front of me and unhelpful staff. Manager was not much better. Can't even be bothered to get opening hours correct. I went to a different post office and had no issue.
Incorrect post office opening times. Not open Saturday despite saying say on post office website that they are. Shouldn't be allowed to happen.
Poor service Website and door states 8pm closing! I arrived at 17.58 to return a parcel, only to be told they were closing at 18.00. Total wast of my time and petrol!
Shut early to signs on the door, opening times different to online too otherwise they’d be open for another hour. Waited and then the two workers ignored me. I wouldn’t choose to send your parcels here. Went again today, shut two hours early, is this place ever open?
When everyone moans about post office counter staff and I have done so in the past it is SO refreshing to come to a counter where the staff are genuinely helpful in spite of know it all customers, patient and cheerful. Well done to the two ladies in the NA post office this afternoon at around 3.00 pm. Really good service, polite, smiling and helpful. Excellent. If you've been disappointed in the past, come here and be recharged. Well.done indeed
Post office is NOT open on Sunday as staff hours being cut I items were kindly taken
