The website is AWFUL! Created an order, told me I already had an account so I had to login. Forgot the password, so tried to change it... Took 3 emails to get the website to accept the 'token' they send. So, logged in and my order had disappeared, so had to create it again. Paid - got an email confirmation and then checked the website again to confirm and it showed no record of my order. So I refreshed - nothing. Logged out only to find I can't log back in! Jesus, how difficult can you make it to order a goddamn pizza!! Still, the delivery was really quick and the pizza was excellent - hot, fresh and well cooked. Made the hard work of ordering worth it.

Absolutely Vile!! This place used to be the first choice. Pizzas taste of lard and disgusting. I stopped ordering a while back when it changed management but it's got worse. Thought I'd try it again after a few months - bad decision - Disgusting - straight in the bin - wouldn't even give it to my dog!! Don't bother. Get a supermarket one or have a sandwich!

Stay away from this store.. Great pizzas but staff are little trained and very unprofessional.. Laura who answered the phone and Tarique who was managing the outlet at that time were not aware of offers and promotions at their store..

The Lunch special for a Large Pizza with one topping for £6 is a winner, the staff are alright and are pretty quick.

Sunday 20/08/2017 around 2PM we ordered kids family deal £19.99 for delivery at Basingstoke branch. I never had such worst pizza in my life till now. they put heavy cheese on pizzas and delivery man missed my 1.5 litre drink. he said forgot and he will get my drink....but not get my drink...very worst service..no response also.
