A refreshing approach! Such a friendly, non-judgmental experience - thank you Caroline for your care and attention. Thank you Nicky for making me feel so welcome and thank you Emma for your flexibility with paying for the medication. The surgery is conveniently located just off the main A444 so no town centre traffic to battle through and plenty of free parking. A brilliant service, highly recommended.

S.T.A.R. Veterinary Clinic were fantastic today; so friendly and helpful in getting our cat's medication sorted out today when we forgot to take it with us to the cattery. Thank you so much for your support. We definitely recommend you.

First class service. Been there with my 3 dogs today. Having a 40 year history of vets, I can honestly say that this is the most dog aware and dog friendly vet I have ever been to. I have never sat on the floor on a crash mat with a vet and vet nurse and a sleepy dog, to have blood test before. This is a new approach and an excellent one for my dogs and my only disappointment is that there are not enough stars to give for this place. The review process only allows for 5!!!! 101% recommend them though and will be returning very soon for some rehab work. Additionally, I had 6 times (yes 6) as much testing done on my dogs today than at my last vet for 4/5 of the price! ! ! FIRST RATE SERVICE IN EVERY WAY... Well done Star Veterinary Clinic! My hat goes off to you for your leading edge work and the brilliant hospitality and animal care. Thank you.

Our first time at STAR today and a very good experience. Lovely staff who genuinely care about the pets they look after. Very reasonable prices. Plenty of parking and very easy to find.

Best vets I have ever used! Really compassionate approach to animals and their welfare. Very friendly staff. Excellent all round, can't fault them in anyway. Very impressed!
