My dog always gets loads of fuss from one of the members of staff there that we see each time. She loves it! Had all the initial vaccinations done here. The vets are happy to answer questions. My only reason for not giving a 5 star is because it would be nice to have assigned to us one vet for the purpose of continuity as I find having whichever vet on duty that day isn't as good as building a trust with one specific vet, apart from that I'd have no reservations reccomending them.

I recently had to have my beloved pet 0f 14 years put to sleep. The staff here were absolutely brilliant, so compassionate. I can't praise them enough.

Their useless nurse diagnosed the wrong illness for my cat and hence perscribed the wrong medication (i found this out when i had to rush my cat to the pride park clinic for emergency treatment at 10pm 2 days after swad vets diagnosis) which makes me wonder how many pets have suffered due to swad vets incompetence/neglegence?   My complaint was ignored by management and the owners who i find to be dispicable people and a disgrace to the profession and are more concerned with money and how much they can fleece the customer for rather than the pets welfare. I am now issueing court proceedings for compensation for the stress and trauma they have inflicted on both me and my pet.   I strongly advise not to use this vet practice!
