Managed to get my guinea pig with eye injury in within30mins of calling even though very close to closing time and lots of emergency treatments and a surgery happening. Ibrahim was amazing with my my piggy and was really attentive and thorough. Thankyou for helping little Jack
Wonderful vets , couldn't have been more helpful . Sadly our lovely boy Buddy had to be put to sleep but the whole experience was handled so sensitively . In particular the nurse who assisted us on the day was so kind and thoughtful . Also great communication from the vet and they assisted with direct insurance payments which our usual vet had sadly refused to do . Will most definitely be using them in future .
6weeks ago our cavapoo Charlie was viciously attacked by a bull mastif and nearly died of her injuries . Had it not been for the professionalism & dedication of the Vets 4 Pets team at Hinckley , I’m sure she wouldn’t be here today . We are extremely grateful to the whole team from the friendly reception staff to the extremely caring nurses and of course to the Vet who operated on her twice and saved her life - Nacho . Thank you from the bottom of our hearts
Amazing vets. Such kind & professional staff. Wouldn't trust anyone else with our dog.
Fab staff and vets. Had laser treatment for my labs’ arthritis and sore joints. 3 sessions at £30-£35 if I remember correctly and each session is 10-15 minutes long. Vets are really informative and helpful.
As a woman residing alone with my two cherished dogs, I must emphasise the profound impact that Vets4Pets has had on our lives. Juggling a single income can be arduous, making the exceptional care and support we have received from this practice all the more significant. Over the course of three years, Vets4Pets has served as our trusted veterinary care provider. However, it is within the past six months that we have become regular patrons, seeking their services on a more frequent basis. During this period, my basset hound, Frankie, has undergone a series of intricate procedures, including bilateral enucleation due to glaucoma leaving her fully blind, herniorrhaphy, and multiple dental extractions. During Frankie's post-operative care, I had the privilege of interacting with Zoe, a student nurse. Despite her status as a trainee, Zoe's exceptional warmth, meticulous care, and professional conduct far surpassed what one would expect from someone so fresh in this field. Her unwavering dedication and attentiveness rival those of seasoned practitioners with extensive experience. While the entirety of the Vets4Pets team warrants commendation, I would be remiss not to highlight two who consistently exceed expectations: Lauren & Kirsty . These remarkable women have been unwavering in their support throughout Frankie's surgical journey. Their devotion, genuine concern for Frankie's well-being, and their willingness to provide solace during moments of emotional vulnerability have proven invaluable. Lauren and Kirsty epitomise the epitome of exceptional care and compassion that define Vets4Pets. I extend my profound gratitude to this practice and all its staff. Their compassion and support have left an indelible imprint on our lives.
Our fur baby Max has been cared for impeccably by Nacio and his team. Their compassion and empathy is a quality you need in a vet. Highly recommend.
Very rude on the phone. The receptionist needs to get another job cause caring for animals is not her forte. Very rude and abrupt.
Excellent vet, far better than the previous one I used. Very pleased.
Every time you find a fantastic vet here they usually end up leaving. Those that are left I’m sure are ex salesmen or accountants. Here vets will guilt you into getting tests for your dog, the result come back to tell you more tests are needed and only costs £600. Quote operations that could be fatal for your old dog at “£800 to no more than a thousand” like people carry it as change. One thing I do love, which is why they get the one star, is their happy little faces when they detect a heart murmur on my dog which he has had for 10 years and a breed prone to heart Murmur. Like mate, a. I didn’t come here to ask about the heart murmur and b. Did you read the the notes about my dog whilst you had 10 minutes between the last dog you had in or did you spend it googling popular illnesses in my dogs breed and find big words in a thesaurus? One cheeky S O B caused my dog pain to prove there was a tumour benign by squeezing a lump, a bit became detached said I should send it for testing and had the cheek to charge £25 for removing sample tissue. Technically the dog gave it to him so shouldn’t have charged. Terrible! You can weigh your dog for free, so that’s something positive.
