I found the vets to be in a rush an seem to have no care or feeling for my dog im not happy with the service an why does it seem to cost £160 every time i go in with the same problem what happened to good proper caring vets that take pride in what they do an instead of trying to get every pound out of you without proper treatment i think its time to change vets an go to vets who care bout peoples pets like vets at home. I wont be going to pets at home again very unprofessional i thought.

Took puppy for vaccinations to be told he wasn't able to have them due to having a bad stomach, the course of antibiotics was to cost me £60 with absolutely no proof or evidence of a "bacterial infection" i said i would try somewhere else, when i then tried to leave i was charged £27 for a consultation fee which i was not warned about prior to arriving. Considering i spent all of 90 seconds with the vet i found this distasteful. No one there seems to care or want to help, however are extremely interested in fleecing you out of your money. Go to riversmeet instead.

Perfect opening hours for those who work. Early and late appointments readily available. The staff are always friendly too, and because of the location inside Pets At Home it's easy to pick up any extra bits and pieces the vets may recommend. OK, so they're a little more expensive than some other places, but after trying a visit to Riversmeet and being very disappointed we've decided we'd rather spend a few pound more for a friendlier staff and warmer environment. You get the impression they really care.

Great vets. Staff are lovely and really care for your animals :) my cat is there today staying over night for antibiotic drips etc. She was very thougher and tried to keep costs down. He had blood tests done and the results were back within 20mins so discussed his treatment straight away. They are expensive there that's my only bad point. But I always take my pets here as used to go to riversmeet vets and they were absolutely awful and even more expensive so I'd much rather go here
