Moved out of the property in July 2015; It is now February 2016 and we are still waiting for the return of our deposit... Says it all.

Student accommodation the easy way. S&J Estates had a limited range of properties (I think they had only been trading for a few months when we first spoke to them) but they were very helpful in terms of viewing arrangements, meeting us at a property with keys and showing us around. They charge no letting fees, which is a really nice touch. We have just used them for a second year (re-reserving the same property) and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services.

Zoe and Ben were a pleasure to deal with. S&J Estates were very helpful from the moment we first enquired, through our moving in date and until we vacated the property. Our deposit was returned 7 days after we moved out of our student accommodation.

Polite to deal with and fast to respond to problems. Thank you for making my final year at the University of Warwick "hassle free" in terms of my accommodation. Sadly the same cannot be said for some of the other letting agents in Leamington Spa.

Not many properties on offer but they are all listed on line with plenty of photos. We were escorted round three properties and decided on the second one, a massive student house on Clarendon Avenue which was brand new inside, with 6 double bedrooms. We don't move in yet so I will try and review this rating when we do (September 2012). Until then - 3 stars. Thanks to Zoe for all of her help.
