Awful company to work for, do business with and to have any dealings with whatsoever. I was unlucky enough to of worked for this company in the past as the company I had worked for previously was acquired by The Leaders group. Going from the top agent in the area, to easily the poorest run company i have ever had any dealings with almost instantly. Their core structure is built on lies. Whether that is to each other, to staff further down the pecking order or to customers and clients. The Directors are powered by greed and a weird cult like approach when dealing with other staff members. The main goal they had once they took over, was to as quickly as possible reduce the staff outgoings by looking for ways to remove the original work force, one by one and replace with the lower paid alternatives. This resulted in one eventuality, with a good percentage of landlords choosing to move away. Landlords that had been loyal for over a decade. The company has a very strange work ethic and approach to dealing with their staff and clients, one that only continues to push both out of their doors. Id advise anyone thinking of using this company to stay well clear, but you will quickly come to this conclusion yourself.

I have just sold my house with Leaders, jazz and Daniel were really efficient and were very polite and friendly. I could not fault the way they conducted my sale, I would not hesitate to recommend them to my family and friends. Keep up the good work Leaders and thanks again

All very polite and professional staff. Jan and Sara made sure the whole process from marketing to moving in went smoothly. All parties are delighted with the current and on-going service. We definitely recommend Leaders. Thank you.

I conducted a viewing of a property with Jas Bagri at Leaders. He was very informative and had a lot of knowledge regarding the property. His local knowledge was really good and showed us around the property in a professional and efficient manner. I have viewed properties with other agents but he was by far the best. Would recommend using him and his team in regards to selling and conducting viewings. Really pleased with his communication before, on and after the appointment.

I recently sold my property with Leaders. Jas Bagri and Daniel were extremely professional, polite, and communicated well with me throughout the process. They went far beyond what I would have expected from estate agents. I wouldn't hesitate at all to recommend Leaders if buying/selling a property in Leamington Spa.
