Very helpful team who gave us a great viewing for a property. The application process and acceptance process was very easy and well explained.  Our appointment to pick up our keys was fast and friendly and I'd fully recommend Accord Leamington for finding a new place.

Review as tenant I rented my current home using Accord Lettings. Kacie has been managing my case. She was very kind and responsive throughout the entire process, she followed up quickly by email or phone call if I had any query or issue. Kacie also helped me the day I got keys. There were some issues with the front door of the property as it was not working properly. She came over straight away to witness that the door was not working and she advise me to call the landlady, who has already repaired it. Overall I had a good experience with this estate agent and with Kacie.

Maggie originally showed us around the property we ultimately rented; she was very professional, knowledgable and friendly. She was also very contactable and responsive via email and phone - generally her communication was good.  We had a number of issues in the process of getting the keys to the property. Most of these were out of the control of Maggie. Given the difficulties presented, Maggie handled these exceedingly well under pressure and very professionally; she is a credit to Accord Letting and we had a significantly better experience with her than any other lettings negotiator from other companies.  Unfortunately we did have some issues with Accord Letting generally which ultimately came down to a lack of care and attention, including spelling my name incorrectly on the tenancy agreement despite having copies of our passport and signed email correspondence.  Bottom line, there were far more hurdles to climb over than should be expected, but we got in to our property eventually. An okay experience.

If you are moving to Leamington Spa, you should definitely use Accord! They managed to make securing a property quite a pleasurable experience, given that it’s often a hair raising one. Ask for Maggie Moran and Kacie Delemarre - they were superb!

I would definitely recommend accord letting agents leamington spa. Maggie was very helpful when I was looking for accommodation for my son. She arranged a video viewing for me as couldn't be there in person due to the distance to travel. She took care of everything and I was kept well informed by tel calls and e mails. When we finally arrived in leamington spa it was no problem to go into the office with any questions and to finalise the let. Connor and Kacie were also very helpful when Maggie wasnt in the office. Thank you all for helping make a stressful time run smoothly.  Morven and Jack.
