We have recently used Crabb Curtis for the sale of my Mums house. This is the second time we have sold houses with them and we highly recommend them. From valuation to completion they kept us updated throughout and were always professional. Paul is the most down to earth estate agent that you would wish to meet and Luke was always extremely helpful and kept us updated throughout. Many thanks Crabb Curtis for a extremely smooth sale.

Crabb Curtis were always quick to respond to emails and gave helpful advice. We were pleased with their service as home buyers. At times we felt slighty pressured to move the sale along quickly but that was because the seller wanted a quick sale and Crabb Curtis were acting on their behalf. All in all we were very happy with their service.

Faced with the need to sell my mother's house within a limited timescale I approached several Leamington estate agents. I chose Crabb Curtis because I was impressed by their sensible approach and advise on obtaining a reasonable outcome without trying to put potential buyers under stress. The sale went through without any problems and Crabb Curtis kept me informed at every stage. A job well done.

Always uncertain about estate agents! We met with several at the property and Paul put us at ease from the start. Calm, considered and smart. We felt the type of buyer who would consider the property would be comfortable, which was a very important consideration. Sold the property very quickly. We were happy with the selling price and Paul and Luke kept us informed, without prompting, through the contract process. We would sell through Crabb Curtis again.

I rented a flat via Crabb Curtis and I was pleasantly surprised by their service throughout the process. The team offer a friendly and personal approach and I am happy to recommend them.
