We just purchased a house through RA Bennett and what a great experience. Hannah, Rachel and the team made everything so easy for us. Always communicating and nothing was ever a problem, there were never too many questions or too many viewings! Great family run environment too. Thanks so much for all your hard work :)

A bit disappointed. 
Extremely cold (let) staff, absolutely not welcoming. Agency fees are incredibly high (£700 for an unfurnished 2 bedroom place) compared to other agencies (~£350). Slow to respond to our issues after we moved in. 
In the opposite, we had an appointment with a mortgage advisor. That was brilliant. Very instructive and interesting.
RA Bennett in Leamington does the job of being a letting agent by dealing with our landlord. But the very young letting staff wouldn't go the extra mile to please you and make you feel comfortable.

Very satisfied with the service and advice I received from Rob during my remortgage. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, happy to answer all of my questions, and made sure that I was kept up to date with the status of the remortgage throughout the process. Definitely recommend!

The team at RA Bennett have been exceptional throughout our house purchase. Robert did a fantastic job and worked very hard in organising our mortgage and we will definitely be coming back in future to use his services. The whole process was so quick and seamless, and we were kept well informed throughout. Hannah and Rachel were also fantastic and completing on the sale was so easy as a result. A big thank you to the whole team for your hard work and support over the past few weeks!

My partner and I have recently purchased our first house together, we decided to use Rob for our mortgage and I must say he exceeded all of our expectations. Rob was quick to answer our questions and always put us at ease, he regularly contacted us with updates to keep us in the loop. Rob went above and beyond on many occasions to ensure that the whole process ran smoothly, I really couldn't have wished for a better service. I cannot recommend Rob highly enough.
