AVOID AT ALL COSTS - Dhesi are the least reliable and most unprofessional estate agents I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. They don't reply to emails or phone calls, and will even goes as far as ignoring maintenance requests made in person in their office !!

If I could give this estate agents 0 stars I would. Jus Dhesi in particular is one of the rudest estate agents I have even come into contact with. Extremely patronising and has not accommodated for us as students at all. At the start of the year, we had builders in our house and for the first month were not able to move in, but yet were still charged a months rent, which Jus insisted on not giving us back. We had people trespassing our property through the Christmas holidays and left our house extremely messy not to mention the hazards (see pictures attached) which this estate agent was fully aware of but did not once apologise. They have provided a dreadful and unprofessional service - AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Incredibly unhelpful service. Continuously gave incorrect information to us, leaving us waiting months for our deposit due only to their disorganisation. Further, despite being explicitly denied access to our accommodation on one occasion, they turned up and let themselves in, causing considerable distress for a person there alone that day. When challenged about this, they ushered us out of the office. I would urge everyone to think twice before engaging with this agency.

Utter rudeness. Calls unanswered. Promises and contracts broken. Incorrect information given. Clueless about the property they let (location of utility meters ect.). Asking the same questions 4 times in a week, losing information again. Miscommunication  with both landlords and tenants. This level of incompetence and arrogance there has not been since the Hitler's attempted invasion of Russia. I urge you to look elsewhere, for students espevially, Warwick accomodation or even Tara and Co. just up the road have offered far better service.

First and foremost, this company is landlord orientated. They will not help you out as students and will try their very best to get the most money out of you as they possibly can. I would recommend Tara and Co (Student homes) over Dhesi. Any students at the university of Warwick either undergrad or PhD, I would suggest avoiding these at all costs (the cost is most of your deposit and most of your living standards). Honestly the worst experience in my 7 years of study as a PhD student with this agency, they were the most unhelpful agency I've ever spoken to. 

Please use the Universities scheme or go with someone more reliable like Tara and Co.
