Amazing service. You expect a lot from the premium brands like Rolls Royce and oh boy do they know how to treat their customers. New to Rolls Royce, I thought they’d be stuffy and old fashioned but like my new Wraith Black Badge they’ve been absolutely superb. I can’t recommend Rybrook Bristol enough. I’ll be using them for Lamborghini too now.

AWFUL SERVICE!! I went to Rybrook Bristol looking to purchase a Rolls Royce Wraith, I entered the building to be greeted by a young lady on the front desk. I asked to speak to someone about purchasing a car, she tried for 5 minutes but couldn't find a salesman to help after this she then sent us into the showroom which we waited for 20 minutes, several people walked past us in the showroom but no one offered any assistance. After being ignored for 20 minutes i went back to the front desk where she then tried again to find someone to help with no luck she asked to take my number to get a salesman to contact me ASAP. It has now been 4 days and i have had no phone call!. Very disappointed i think i will take my business elsewhere! five star presentation with 1 star service.

Car was serviced by them. Their amateur valeter ruined the paint by cleaning the car with a dirt laden sponge. They did pay for a 2 day machine polish to bring it back to good order however. Recently the car went in for diagnostic investigation of an engine misfire. They were unable to diagnose the root cause. The car was returned with an indent from a mechanics belt buckle/mobile/wallet, and scratches on each rear corner. Despite only covering 30000miles the W12 engine needs replacing - no goodwill or warranty support from Bentley. They do not stand behind their product and are incompetent

If you are looking for a fast or luxury car this is your place! The dealership is the pure perfection! Spotless throughout. The minute you walk in you feel special and the staff is friendly and helpful. Multiple showrooms offering you different brands but the same time each one of them will give you spectacular feeling as all of them are different to each other. Also fantastic selection of cars, there will be definitely something to pick from.
