Pricing is way off. Wanted to charge 2 hours labour to replace a front coil spring, which is only a 1 hour job. When questioned they couldn't give me a straight answer as to how much of the cost was labour, how much was for the part, and whether the price included VAT. I am a mechanic by trade, hence know what stuff should cost. Also wanted to charge an hour labour to replace an anti roll bar link, which again, is 10 minute job. Would expect half hour labour at the most.

Would never use these clowns again, given a simple job to do, they messed it up, I got fed up with the incompitance and fixed it myself. They were good in past but standards have plumited
