Brought my van in for repairs as it was not running and another garage recommended bringing it to vauxhall. The van was in there 2 months with constant excuses as to why they had not / could not complete the work. In the end they had changed out the fuel injector however this had not got the van back in working so they said I didn't have to pay which I appreciate even if this took 2 months. However the issue is now I have the van back I've looked under the bonnet and the state they have left it in is a joke. Parts missing and just left on the passenger seat, the grill has been left completely unscrewed and they have smashed up the casing for the battery and fuse box so they no longer connect. I was left frustrated before and not charging for the fuel injector was generous however the state they have left this in is not good enough. Do not recommend
I had a test drive of the Grandland today with Adam Beagley and he was fantastic throughout.nWas informal but really knowledgeable on specs and features. Definitely would recommend Adam for his customer service and personable approach.

We visited the showroom for a pre arranged appointment to view a particular car guided by the very professional Mark Perrett.nnHe was very welcoming offering drinks after our long journey and also made our young grand daughter welcoming and occupied with drawings and crayons,going above and beyond.nnHis knowledge of the car and test drive confirmed our choice and we collected the newly MOT’d and serviced car the following week.nnWe must say that the vast choice and price range for vehicles held in stock was very impressive and we would no hesitation in recommending both Mark and the branch to potential customers.nnOne observation would have given mark 10/stars had that been a choice !!!!!
