Lots of Used cars, but hardly any automatic cars. Watch thou as I was there 40 mins and nobody asked if I needed help, I had yo ring their head office to get someone to help me. A lot of big wig managers hanging around the office. Won't be buying a car from them, left disappointed
Had my car in for a service today. I would like to thank all of the amazing service team at drive Vauxhall north. Scott was brilliant at keeping me updated through out the day. Never had a bad experience and even if there is a slight issue they are rectified very quickly and easily. Nothing is ever do much hassle and I have never had a bad experience here.
Had a really good experience buying my car a couple of weeks ago. Took about 4 visits but the salesman, Dan Lammiman, was extremely knowledgeable and helped us to narrow down our search and found us the perfect car! All in all a stress free experience, would highly recommend!
Having bought a number of new cars from other dealers, I am delighted to say that I could not have been given better service than Drive Vauxhall. I have just purchased a new MG4 from Dan Blewitt and I am pleased to say that he always went over and above the norm in his efforts to help me with this purchase. All staff members are got good smile & friendly in this place Vauxhall North Bristol . If There’s a 10’s Star I will give it . They look after you, make sure you had a Tea or Coffee with biscuits . I bought my first Agila in this place years 2003. Then my 2nd Agila as well 2015. Now another car bought here as well & the guyDB who assisted me his very helpful & explaining all the details of the car really handling very well .

Great service from Dan who showed me round the car I was interested in, sent a personal video ahead of the test drive I had booked which was actually really helpful. Not overly pushy with the sales and the car was in a good condition for a fair price. Good experience.
After searching the country for a particular spec of vehicle, I came across Drive Vauxhall Bristol North,I made the initial call enquiring about the car and got handed to one of The sales staff Mr Dan Blewett..From then on there it was easy , pretty plain sailing. I Explaining that I was very interested in the car but I was 180 miles away !!,Dan straight away filled me in with all the details and answered all my questions , he then went and made a personal video tour round the vehicle and emailed this across to me, in short he couldn't be helpful enough and was in regular contact , there was no waiting for an hour or two to email or ring me back it was within a few short minutes each time. He inspired confidence so I purchased the vehicle and Dan sorted out delivery, So all in all I got the right car ,at the right price and hassle free. Thanks Dan
Very disappointed service from the sales Delay in handing over car due postal strike not getting log book back after plate transfer as was told when doing the deal the dealer couldn’t register the new car on my private plate .but got us to do the finance and car sat at dealers for over a week even tho they new of the delay ,but was told car ready to go ,arrived today at agreed time salesman not ready for kept us waiting ,car not very clean plastic left on steering , car looked like it been dried with dirty rag glad I didn’t pay to have guard x applied marks on windscreen was told there would be mats in car on handover no mats salesman said someone else had taken them and couldn’t get any today Sales man was going to put our address in sat nav but skipped that as he couldn’t get it to work when I got home found out why hadn’t been setup privacy policy hadn’t been agreeded. Overall very disappointing experience
My car was taken yesterday for a service. I owed them 80 pounds so I was sent am email to set up payment, must have had 4 payment email not one would work. So asked for my car back but was refused as I owed them money like I was going not to pay joke, couldn't get my car back and never asked for a courtesy car so put the phone down on him, then about 10 minutes later a car arrives on my drive. This is a joke felt intimated and to end it all off was given a automatic big joke..
