Came in for mot and service start of November and that’s when I also asked for a part to be ordered and changed towards the end of November when I got there at the end of November I waited for over 4 hours only to be then told that they ordered the wrong part and that I would have to come back. As you can imagine I was quite annoyed as I was assured that the right part was ordered in the first place. Had to re-book for today the 10/12/22 and was told my car would be the first one in and it would be a 20 min job and that I would get money off for the inconvenience only to be sat there for over 2 hours and then finally getting my car back. Only got 10% off the price which I found was ridiculous as they made a mistake after being told that no it was definitely the right part. Not impressed with the quality of service received at all at this branch in Bristol, so will definitely not be returning any time soon and will use the branch in Bristol south instead. The receptionist today was lovely so I have nothing bad to say about her. She was brilliant and very friendly as well as easy to talk to. However the parts and services department needs to sort things out as that shouldn’t be acceptable, making a mistake and reassuring the customer that no that everything is correct only to find out when you’re there for over 4 hours that it actually isn’t and then having to come back and only getting basically £10 off the original price. Not impressed and would not recommend the parts department as I can’t trust what they say now.
Had my service and MOT at the recently relocated Marshall Toyota Cribbs Causeway today. Was greeted immediately at the car park and directed to the reception. The new place was spacious and airy, with plenty of seats in the waiting area. Brenda, the lady whom I saw every year was still there for a friendly welcome. Had the usual complementary coffee. In addition, a lady named Grace gave me an adorable Issho mascot toy for free when I enquired about it usually only comes with purchase of a new car, which was a lovely surprise! It was a waiting appointment and took just over four hours, as it was a full service. I was kept informed by Brenda when the service was finished before they moved onto the MOT. Luckily I passed the MOT and I was sent a short health check video at the end. On the whole it was a great experience, this was my car's 10th year's service with Toyota. Thank you Brenda, Grace, and the rest of the team!
My partner recently purchased a new Aygo X at Marshall Toyota in Bristol and we cannot fault the car. Resolution team also very helpful in resolving minor issues. Great service
Relaxed atmosphere, minimal sales pressure, honest information and great customer service. I didn't end up buying a car from them in the end, but my positive experience with the team at Marshall Toyota means I have no hesitation in recommending them to others.
We meet James Olds who was really helpful and professional with his advice - could not fault the customer service at Toyota - James had an excellent product knowledge and helped us pick the best option
I was given a price of £250 on the phone to install both a catloc and anti tilt alarm. I asked three times whether the anti tilt alarm was included in the £250 and was assured that it was. I booked the car in to carry out both jobs. When I arived for the installation, I was told that the anti tilt alarm was an extra £180 on top of the £250. I wasn't happy but agreed to the extra price and asked them to do both. When the car was finished and the keys handed back to me, I was told that the anti tilt alarm wasn't installed as it would cost an additional £380 not £180. Not sure how it is possible to get given three different prices by the same company for the same job! Pretty upset is how I would describe my feeling at the lack of training & knowledge of staff dealing directly with customers. On the other side the Catloc was installed fine & fingers crossed it will prevent the catalytic converter getting stolen again! Update: I sent an email a month ago to the address given on the Toyota response but have still not received a reply!
I bought a used car from this dealer and would love to give 5 stars for how this car was sold to me as was really smooth and overall good transaction, but unfortunately after the sale care is almost zero. First at all my car should have done service, I even get documents that the service was done, but after a couple of days I get a phone call that there was some mistake and the car didn't have service. I took me over a month and endless phone calls to sort this and I done this but without a dealer's help. This car has so many errors that are annoying to drive, is still under warranty but taking ages dealer to fix this. is not this same dealer who sold me the car I have this car for almost 2 months and really regret that I bought this. From marshal group zero help. You are good customer as long as you want buy car, but after you not matter at all. Big disappointment.
I made an enquiry at Marshalls and was guided by sales rep, James Old. He was helpful, timely and honest. The showroom is bright and airy, the coffee was great. James was a great guide to the Toyota range of icon, design GR Sport etc.
Took my work van in to have some recall work done and to see if a few minor faults could be checked out before the five-year warranty expired at the end of the month. They were able to get me booked in within a matter of days and offered a courtesy vehicle if I wanted it. On the Big Day, I was met and greeted by name in the car park and ushered into an empty space. I thought I was down the road at Bentley! Utterly superb and professional from start to finish. Friendly, normal and personable people who were genuinely interested and happy to help. It's no secret that Lexus lead the way in aftersales - from my experience today they deliver the same outstanding service to scruffy plumbers in five year-old vans.
Had a couple of small problems with my Toyota with the air con noise - the booking system was fantastic and easy to use with the lady on the phone Then spoke with a guy called mark kitson, who was fantastic from start to finish and the car came back fixed and beautifully clean - great professionalism and customer service from mark and the team - very happy and will recommend
