As far as car dealerships go this one has to rank relatively high on numerous different things. It's very spacious it's very clean and tidy it's staff don't harass you the minute you walk in the door. Their drinks machine is free flowing and very good quality. When it is time to interact with the sale staff they are courteous polite and professional. I'm not usually a main dealer fan but the gentleman who dealt with me by the name of Leon was very very helpful and I ended up buying

3 year old car went in for a routine service and the bills keep coming through. Having looked to book it in before the one year warranty lapsed, I was told this wasn't possible since the garage was too busy. It was booked in four weeks later (13 days after the warranty expired). Synical maybe, but it's a little convenient? Picked up the car today and, an issue that has only materialised since being with Audi, has not been rectified. One of the parts replaced (should last around 100k miles - only done 40k) hasn't changed anything - yet I've been given a bill! I now need to go back for a third time to have a diagnosis done. What happen the first two times?! Issue with engine light still ongoing and nobody seems to know what is going on. Apparently, we'll resort to trial and error with me as the customer picking up bills for parts that may never have been required. But as I was told - "we'll never know will we". I've been dealt with nicely enough by staff but the fundamental issue remains. Really disappointed in a company that is meant to provide reliable cars and excellence in service. I'll be more than happy to update my review once the matter is resolved in a satisfactory manner

Was reluctant and nervous buying a used car remotely, but my wife had a tight spec for an A3 with heated seats and certain colours, not many in the country. Bristol had one, and sale and delivery was all managed and handled efficiently, and car is great. Noticed a couple of items that I wanted addressed, and Jack Doney and the team handled everything remotely and without fuss. Recommended.

Great experience buying and collecting my new car. The customer approach by James (finance) and Ryan (sales) is what you would want and hope for; unhurried, clear and professional. Would recommend the Bristol Audi team.

Poor customer experience only on behalf of another family member lots of staff who appeared to be doing not an awfull lot went straight from work (smart shirt & trousers) still nobody wanted to serve me? If i was going to buy a new Audi i would have walked out and spent my money elsewhere! Come on Audi sortt your customer service out?
