Popped into Audi Bristol to look at the range of cars available. We were greeted by Leo and taken through in great detail the Q2 we were looking at and then offered a test drive. We ordered the car that day and it was built and delivered in what we thought was a good time frame. Knowledgable and courteous guy was Leo and a great character to boot. A very happy client.
I had scheduled a service appointment with Audi on Apr 30. Initially, there was no receptionist to greet us for about five minutes, and then a person dressed as a tea lady greeted me. The showroom was uncomfortably hot and crowded with cars, resembling a bargain shop. After waiting an additional ten minutes, a service team member finally attended to me. I explained that my car was experiencing transmission issues delayed engagement and requested a technician to look into it. However, they dismissed my concerns, claiming it was common for older cars to have such problems. Upon collecting my car, I discovered they hadn't addressed the issue. Later, I learned that many of their technicians had left, likely contributing to the poor service. Despite the disappointing experience, I must admit their coffee was good. Even in the post-service survey, they failed to acknowledge the correct car plate, which had a previous owner's personalized plate. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, and I've decided I'll never purchase an Audi again.
Recently took delivery of my Q3 Black Edition which I love. Very happy with the car. It was prepared immaculately and handed over professionally. Jordan Price was a delight to deal with and is a credit to Bristol Audi. I wouldn't hesitate buying another car from him. Also thanks for the umbrella! Very useful on a day like today.
I truly received a 5* service from Jenna when I dropped my car off for a service and inspection. Jenna made sure that I was kept well informed throughout the process and was so lovely and polite. The AudiCam I received from Rob, who was the technician who carried out the work was fantastic, the video was concise and informative. I cannot thank both Jenna and Rob for their professionalism and help throughout my appointment, they are a credit to the Audi team! Thank you!!!
