Went here to get my tires changed and came back with no dust caps! They forgot to put them on and tried to rip me off. I won’t be coming back here ever again and advising friends and family especially females not to. Thankfully I had a email of the expected price but the guy serving me did not seem very happy. Even the receipt of the work said the proper price so was him just trying to rip me off!

Avoid this service if you don't want to put yourself and your loved ones in risk of an accident.  Let's start from the beginning. I've called your garage to make an appointment for a few things:  Knocking noise from the front, brake fluid change, check and change or top up power steering fluid, check rear brake lines and an overall vehicle health check.  Few hours later I've received a phone call as my LHS front shock absorber leaked completely dry causing no damping and the nocking noise. I'm happily authorised the job and collected my car in the afternoon.  I've still heard a knocking from the front, but I thought it's just the spring on the shock absorber needs time to settle or the bearing has to absorb some grease.  Few days later I've started to experience some strange brake pressure loss like there is some air in the brake system so I popped back on Friday afternoon as when I picked up my one year old daughter from nursery I've lost brake pressure completely.  Your service advisor wanted to send me home with no break with my child on the back seat as "we are closing in few minutes". Obviously I refused that and asked him to look at the car immediately.  He took my keys and lift the car up on the ramp and returned my car after he changed the brake fluid again and told me he didn't find anything and he thinks it's all okay.  I had a look today to see what is the issue and found my front wheel bearing hanging on the RHS same side where your technician replaced the shock absorber for no reason.  Your fully qualified technician ripped me off with a new suspension and left my wheel bearing hanging what could cause a serious accident pretty much anytime.

I had a blow out in the B&Q car park opposite. The staff were extremely accommodating and advised me on what to do. The fitted a new tyre in less than 30 minutes; they found the source of the puncture when I asked and were very patient answering my 3 and 4 year old kids' questions. Free hot drinks a plus too. Thanks In'n'Out team.

Fantastic service after we had some warning lights and power steering issues - we were really in and out in 10 mins an back on our holiday! Lovely and very helpful team

Unprofessional! Cancelled my booking two days before the appointment for the MOT...leaving me to call in panic 10 other garages and begging them to find me a slot as my MOT was due 2 days after the original booking. Now I have had to take a day off to deal with the issue. Thanks for the customer experience I guess...

Honestly, quite a nice and organised place. Came in for an annual oil change, spent the usual 1h30min whilst chatting with another lovely costumer. Enjoyed the waiting area, plus a free coffee machine! Price was different than on the online booking site, but nothing to be upset about. Price board in the reception, would be great if the owner would post it here!

Absolute con of a place. Firstly, Matt, who seems to be the manager is constantly rude, miserable and has never cracked a hint of a smile. So rude to customers. Secondly, took my car for MOT and they quoted me a price of over £1000 which I knew was a con as I took it for a second, 3rd and even 4th opinion who said it is impossible for the costs of the repairs to be any more than 500. No wonder they are never busy. Avoid

MOT was due to expire January which is never fun if things need fixing as everywhere is usually fully booked or shut for the holidays - managed to get an MOT on the 23rd and the car booked straight in on the 27th for some work just in time before the New Year! They even let me drop the keys off before the shop opened - Friendly staff, great communication, fully recommend!

Absolute legends, blow out in the motorway limped to the garage and the went out of their way to get us back on the road. Even went to pick up an out of stock tyre. Great service.

Took my car here for its MOT, staff were excellent and efficient. There was a problem with headlight alignment that they sorted free of charge. Free coffee and USB sockets in the waiting room made the 45 minutes pass quicker. PS while I was there a 92yo gent was in to get a screen washer repair, they did it free. That's service for you.
