The guys at the Cribbs In N Out were Totally Awesome today. My car started making a strange sound from the front wheel. I called and they told me to come down as soon as possible. They saw me immediately. Identified the issue and rectified it. All in a matter of 10 minutes if that. They went on to check a couple more things to make sure everything was safe. I mean... to Steve and the gang.... thank you so much. You’ve eased my anxiety and solved my issue. Would recommend highly and will return for other services. A++++

Simply lovely. The genlemen were all very kind and understanding, explained everything to me and were happy to go an extra mile when needed (a light bulb died just as I was about to leave and it got changed within minutes with no extra charge). Definitely will use again.

Just had my car MOT and Full Service and i feel in and out always give a great service, not the first time I've been here, I would definitely recommend. The guys are friendly, efficient and professional and happy to advise if help is needed. Overall very happy with the service received even if my car did fail the guys were brilliant overall.

We (two people who quite obviously have no clue about cars!) had an issue with our coolant level - the staff were very helpful and got us back on the road in no time! Great service, would highly recommend!

This was the first time I had my car serviced and MOT'd here and I must say that I was very impressed. I received a text reminder a couple of days' before my appointment, which was helpful. On arrival, customer service was excellent, as was communication whilst my car was being serviced. It was quick, very reasonably priced and the staff were very friendly and informative. I recommend and will use IN'n'OUT again.
