Unfortunately, as I am moving, I have to look for a new surgery. Rushall medical centre has looked after me for almost 11 years. I really have no complaints. I've regularly had blood taken by the healthcare assistants, they have always been friendly caring and helpful. I've also seen the diabetic nurses regularly, they again have been friendly caring and helpful. Emergency appointments could always be booked on the day and which ever doctor I saw I had no complaints. My Doctor of choice was always Dr Owen, she always listened, she didn't trivialize my fears or concerns and she always discussed with me any treatments needed. If I just wanted to speak to Dr Owen, I could always ring, leave a message and she would call me back. As I have several health issues there were times I couldn't get to the surgery. Dr Owen didn't hesitate to do a home visit. She genuinely cares.

Absolutely awful. Had an appointment last month and ended up waiting an hour, no apology and rushed out. Had an emergency appointment for my little one recently and they wouldn't prescribe anything for him and just said he had a virus. I knew something wasn't right as he wasn't his smiley self and was sleeping so much, so I went for a second opinion and discovered he had conjunctivitis and an ear infection when I was told there was nothing wrong.

Very helpful and pleasant staff. Staff and Doctors go out of the way to help. Some times it can be hard to get and appointment, but has to be one of the best practices I have been to.
