Tried to call and was held in a queue. You can not tell me that there is a queue on the phone line for 28 minutes. Pathetic.

The whole surgery is empty, not a single patient waiting except for my 2 year old sister yet I've been waiting for over an hour for the nurse to see you, ridiculous... There is no excuse for that

Terrible!!! worst doctors ever!! Dr Rodrigues is brilliant but is the only decent doctor there and can never get an appt with her because the receptionist are idiots never pick up the phone when they do no appts or have no idea what you talking about even though you rang 50 times and spoke to some one about a situation they still have no clue and as for private and confidential not at all as one of the receptionist have discussed my issues with other people get rid of the receptionists and hire people who actually want to help not just sit the other end of the phone acting all high and mighty
