It can get really busy. I know the last time I was here I had to cue from outside and that was at 9am in the morning. It took a good few hours to be seen. There is no point in ringing the number on the website because no one picks up. It's just an automated recording stating the dates and times they are open.
Had to take my fur baby less than a week ago to be told my baby's has cancer and it was touch and go of she would survive but the wonderful vets here saved her life and she recovering so well I can't thank you all enough you are my hero's
My dog had a virus & was very poorly. The vet gave him antibiotics and an injection, he was getting better within days. He's now back to himself due to the wonderful vet.
Not the best im afraid because even though I'm registered my 5 wk old bunny wasn't so they wouldn't see me, this little rabbit needed putting to sleep as a matter of urgency and yiu wouldnt see me so I I took her somewhere that actually care about animals,,im disgusted that you let this baby bunny suffer longer than it had too.
Very cost effective, never worry about costs when I visit here as its so affordable.
The vet I saw was really sweet. Took great care of my dog.
Excellent service, phone consultation, picked up meds , covid secure system in place.
Covid friendly very professional staff and gave my cat a dignified ending. Absolutely amazing but sad experience
