Attend there with my cats and dog for vaccinations. Been a couple of times with ailments. Dealt with quickly but somewhat expensive.
Very nice atmosphere, friendly secretary and helpful doctor. They were the only ones in the area who agreed to adopt my cat, thank you very much for your help.
Recently had to have my dog milo euthanised at this vet surgery, the staff and wonderfully kind and compassionate vet were just amazing, this was an incredibly emotional, painful and difficult day for myself and my husband and they really took care of us and made us feel supported in our decision, they gave us time to say goodbye and didn’t rush us at all, would highly recommend, this surgery really cares about its customers and patients, Thank you

First time at this veterinary surgery with an RSPCA foster cat. The staff are really friendly and obviously love their jobs. The visit was a real pleasure.
This vets said they do the cat protection plan which online says £10 took my cat for a pre op was then told we would have to pay £280 for her to be neutered, absolutly shocking.
Absolutely fantastic experience here today, fast and efficient service lovely staff all round nice place to visit thankyou all so much, for treating Marvin today.
Reception staff are lovely, always welcoming and happy to help. Always greets our dog and makes him feel special. We’ve seen several vets with our English Bulldog at the practice at both locations and always found the advice and care to be first class. Our dog gets excited to go to the vets and to me that’s a really good sign.
Wow! What a lovely vets! Feel they really care, so skilful and thorough. Torry and the vet were lovely and answered the phone immediately. So please we have changed to Buchanans.
there very friendly and good at there job, my dog has been here a few times now, and shows how much they care about the pets, just wish they was open a bit longer.
