Who can deliver a service with office hours between 8am and 10am, got a lost parcel, customer service has a 60 min waiting time via phone and there is no way to write a complaint letter. Think I'm writing to my MP consumer protection.
Very very poor service I want to collect my parcel and he just refused me. He did not even look the reference number which they have left it for me. They just said no we cannot. We’re gonna re-delivered again but because I’m not home they didn’t even look to try to help me very bad service.
Appalling!Sent email to say they couldn't deliver parcel because I was out,ten seconds after postman HANDED me my letters. Nothing came next day as promised ,and this is a regular occurrence.
I've been waiting all day to pick up the package at 2:34 p.m. I received an email that it could not be picked up. No one rang the bell or knocked on the door
I was waiting for a parcel it said delivered to me which it wasn't went to sorting office 3 days on he trot eventually spoke to the man who posted it he's manager said did you post to this lady he said No there was no card put through the door he said I think I put it in number --- went there no such thing was posted there I've basically lost my parcel it was sent second class so no proof of delivery it's not worth the hassle reporting a claim you only get £20 back on something that's worth £80 bloody annoyed it was a special something for a grave not happy at all They should get that postman who posted it to go get it .
I get so frustrated with this place. Every single time I have to pick up a parcel, I check my red slip and head to the website to double check the opening hours. I travel there usually have to leave work early for this and it’s closed. It is ALWAYS closed. It’s so inconvenient and an utter shambles. I’ve lost track of the multiple wasted journeys. Either get some more staff, or manage / keep tabs on the staff so you can provide the service you advertise. Many of my parcels over the years have been sent up north to be incinerated as they were not picked up in the designated time frame. Perhaps if you opened I would have been able to collect!
Would not give 1 star if able to, not had any post for a week . I am expecting post from confirmed senders. Can't get through on phone , unless you want to be on hold for 60 minutes +must be lot of complaints!!! . Office only open for 2 hours in morning 8-10 so if you have to go to work you got no chance. Very poor service from royal mail. Certainly don't warrant increased postal prices. Expecially when you read other people's comments.
I went I to the office because a tracked letter was delivered to someone else since the address was wrong. The staff took their time to find where the letter was, retrieve it and bring it to my address. Thank you
I wish to give 0 stars… people are working and Royal Mail is a joke having only 2 hours open a day !!!! Shame
I've not had ANY post since before Christmas 2023 and I was expecting some important cards. Also, when we used to get post in my small block of flats, the mail "person" just chucked it all on the bottom step on the ground floor for all flat owners to root around in, to try to find their mail! Shockingly bad service in Mitcham
