Lost for words at how utterly useless this place is. I was told no dogs allowed so a couple kindly offered to hold mine while I went in to post something. The man on the main till is as rude as ever, however, today I encountered managing the man behind the post office counter who was as objectionable, if not worse. Once the dogs were outside, the man in question started his tirade of verbal abuse at any opportunity given. He insisted that it was me who had the attitude problem/was being rude when everyone in the queue was in complete shock at what was going on. He then refused to take my parcel through the trap door until I started to walk away from the counter as this was procedure. Since when has that ever been the case? I’m going to be logging a complaint with the main office as this isn’t the first time I’ve encountered problems with this branch. I won’t be putting another foot in this place and only hope for those who do that management changes soon!

Was a bit dubious about going here because of the poor reviews, but actually it was fine. Friendly service, was very quick and all with a smile. Let’s hope my parcel gets sent off and no issues come about.

This is the worse post office ever. The staff is always rude, lie about anything, never follow the rules, always try to steal as much as they can by giving excuses about prices, all should get sacked including their rude useless managers. This post office should be either shut down completely for good or sack all them useless creatures who only are time and money grabbers. All of them deserve prison only, dirty creatures.

I will never use this post office again. I was sending a parcel and when the lady squeezed it under the counter she managed to rip the package open a bit, when I asked her for a piece of tape to stick it back she said they "don't have tape behind the counter" I politely said surly you have tape and she told me to buy a roll as " we don't have tape" seriously a post office with out tape behind the counter!! Plus she was the one who ripped the parcel open. After I questioned her she sat there with a stupid grin on her face and ignored me but spoke about me to the man behind the counter in Tamil. How rude.. this is the second time she has made trouble, we had a big problem about a driving licence a few months ago and it was all down to her incompetence. The lady with the glasses has no customer service skills and is extremely rude especially to people who are not her ethnicity!! Post offices are closing all the time due to cuts and she should think herself lucky she has a job because it's only down to the local residents that use this hole that have kept the post office open this long and kept her in a job.. I will not be using this place again, I would rather and will travel to another post office with polite staff.. I have also reported her higher up the line now because she has made me so angry!!!

I get berated by the man in glasses each time I come to post my parcels. No manners nor customer service training at all. This is the most rudest staff I’ve ever encountered in this country and or even in the places that I’ve lived in. They need to do something because they’ll soon lose business. I’d rather go elsewhere than face this rude man. He has no right to belittle customers who are paying his salary! Time to step up your customer service relationship!
