The lady who works there is really sweet and helpful... The man on the other hand is without question the rudest postoffice worker i have ever come across. He's honesty is questionable. He adds charges to "free returns" and refuses to clear the government energy scheme voucher unless it is printed off!? No where else does such things. I'd advise going elsewhere especially if you have high blood pressure of a low tolerance for foolishness
My local post office and unfortunately it's a microcosm of why Royal Mail is so beset with troubles. Staff have a "can't do" attitude and going there almost always ends in frustration and/or further inconvenience. Many times they have quibbled over printed labels for pre-paid post. Also supposed to be a parcel force drop off point, they often refuse to take parcels saying they don't have space for them this morning they had one 50cm x 50cm x 50cm box already and said this was full capacity, what a joke!, manager closes till to make phone calls when the queue is long, it's all about them and never about the customer. Avoid the place, their attitude stinks and they don't deserve to be in business.
Morgan is an amazing worker at the the Northborough branch. He is very attentive, happy to help with smiles and very kind to everyone. I had an amazing experience with him. He’s doing really well. Thank you
Never get Amazon parcel delivered here! Expect a very long wait. It's all done manually going back and forth, write tracking number then write again, search for it in the pile..
I cannot speak for anyone else, but I have received First Class service from the staff in Northborough Rd. Sub Post Office. The Gentleman behind the counter went above and beyond to locate and notify me about my parcel which I had been chasing for days. The only thing I have left to add is a big 'Thank you' for your courtesy and Kindness.
I was many times at the post Office at Norborough road and the Man name Mohan is always so helpful, smiling and very very kind , this is the best post office I ever been Highly recommended, 5 stars even more

Excellent customer service. Had some trouble sending back a parcel and the teller was immensely helpful! Made something so stressful easy. We need more people like him around. Shame I can’t remember his name! He needs recognition
I have been using Northborough post office since 2014 and have always been treated right, especially Mohan, who has been a very professional and friendly person. Would recommend to anyone looking for any postal services.
