Does Darwen main post office provide services for working people? How can I collect the parcel if the opening hours are only until 2 p.m.? Previously, there was one day a week when you could pick up a parcel in the late afternoon, why was this stopped? In case you forgot, let me remind you, it is the clients of this institution who pay for the services.

It's as if they just decide when to open and when to close. I just got here to pick up a parcel before work as the place is open from 9. I saw the door open so went to park up. Get there and a sign has immediately been erected saying "Open at 10.45". Please stick to your schedule. People have places to be.
I received no notification that my parcel will arrive of what time it was being delivered or I would’ve been in and now I have to wait till next week to collect my parcel as I’m not in and can’t get it re-posted, now my mum has nothing for her birthday
Went down on a Friday night after looking at the opening times to collect 3 parcels of which one the calling cards arrived a day late! It was not open!!! So after a pointless journey I still don’t have my parcels. I hope when I try tomorrow I can get them! One parcel should be a medical one!!!!!!! Fuming!
Not open when says it is on the website. Another wasted trip to pick up my parcel. How hard can it be to update your opening hours.
Shocking opening times and when they deliver your post they never leave it with a neighbour like every other postal service available. A postal service still stuck in the 1800s!
Pointless collection office only open when people are at work. May as well close it and move our parcels to somewhere where we can actually collect the parcels from.
Important letter delivered to wrong address. Luckily the person did your job for you and delivered the letter to me.
Have a parcel to pick up but I work for a living how can I pick up when it shuts at 2pm ....looks like my package will end up being sent back!
